House rules
These rules apply from the moment you enter. They protect everyone's night.
Entry and minimum age
The minimum age is 16 or 18 depending on the event, and is stated on the event page and at the entrance.
Door staff decide on entry. Anyone visibly heavily intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or behaving aggressively is refused entry, even with a valid ticket. On first entry you receive a wristband, which lets you re-enter the same night.
Identification
Bring official photo ID: a passport, identity card or driving licence. At the door, age and name are checked against the ticket. Copies and photos of ID are not accepted.

Dress code
A well-kept appearance. Sportswear, workwear and clothing with offensive or discriminatory prints are not welcome. Door staff decide in each individual case.
Prohibited items
Not allowed inside: weapons and weapon-like objects, drugs, drinks brought from outside and glass bottles, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, spray cans, and professional photo or video equipment without prior arrangement.
Door staff may check bags. Anyone refusing a check is not admitted.
Conduct inside the club
We want every guest to have a good night. Harassment, discrimination, violence and damage to property are not tolerated and lead to immediate removal. Follow the instructions of the staff.
Smoking is permitted only in the areas marked for it. Using or dealing drugs is prohibited and will be reported. Drinks may not be taken outside.
If you need help or feel unsafe, speak to the bar or the door. We will look after you.
Photography
Photographs are taken in the club. They are published on onyx-graz.at, and this is signposted at the entrance. If you are identifiable in a published photograph and want it removed, write to office@onyx-graz.at.
Private photos are allowed as long as other guests are not photographed or filmed against their will.
Cloakroom
Jackets and bags can be left at the cloakroom in exchange for a token. Items are returned only against the token; if the token is lost, items are returned only after the end of the night, against a description and ID.
Please do not leave valuables in jackets and bags you hand in.
Exclusion from the premises
Anyone who breaches these house rules may be removed from the club without a refund of the ticket price or table reservation. For serious or repeated breaches, ONYX may impose a ban. Criminal offences are reported to the police.
The staff hold the right of the house and may end your stay at any time.
